Rice, potato and veg roll

Ingredients to make Rice, potato and veg roll

  • Cooked rice - 1/2 cup
  • Boiled and mashed potatoes - 1/2 cup
  • 1/4 chopped green capsicum
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 3 piece bread
  • salt
  • garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
  • dhaniya [coriander] powder - 1/4 th tsp
  • red chili powder - 1 tsp
  • Chopped fresh coriander - handful
  • maida/ corn flour - as required
  • bread crumbs/ sooji or semolina [as required]

How to make Rice, potato and veg roll

  1. Mash cooked rice and potatoes. Also add bread in it and mix.
  2. Add chopped capsicum and onion. Now add salt and all ingredients and mix well.
  3. Make a paste of maida or corn flour.
  4. Now roll the mixture in cylindrical shape or shape of your choice. Dip it in the paste and take out.
  5. On a plate take bread crumbs or sooji whatever is awailable. Put the rolls on that.
  6. Fry them in oil.
  7. Take out as it gets golden brown and serve with your choice of sauce or chutney.

My Tip:

You can add carrot and other choice of vegetables too.
