Ingredients to make Lasaniya batata (spicy garlic potato)

  • Boiled potatoes 5-6
  • Red chilli paste 1/2 tsp
  • garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Ginger Paste 1 Tsp
  • Fresh tomato puree 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Deggi mirch powder 1 tsp
  • Dried fenugreek leaves 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp

How to make Lasaniya batata (spicy garlic potato)

  1. To prepare the spicy sauce, heat a pan and add oil, garlic, ginger, chilli paste, salt, deggi mirch and roast properly. Then add tomato puree and cook it well.
  2. Add the boiled potatoes and toss it with the spicy sauce.
  3. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

My Tip:

Add enough salt while boiling the potato.
