  2. Blanched and pureed spinach
  3. Whole wheat flour 3/4 cup
  4. 1 egg
  5. 1/2 cup milk
  6. FOR THE CHILLIE CHICKEN

Instructions

  1. MARINATION:TAKE 250GRM CHICKEN & ADD CRUSHED GINGER 1/2 INCH PC &4 TO 5 GARLIC PODS
  2. ADD 1 TBSP SOY SAUCE
  3. ADD 1.5 TBSP CHILLI SAUCE
  4. ADD LITTLE SALT
  5. ADD 1 TSP FRESH CRUSHED PEPPER
  6. MIX WELL AND MARINATE FOR 30 MINS
  7. ADD 1 EGG
  8. ADD 1 TBSP CORNFLOUR
  9. ADD 2 TBSP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
  10. MIX WELL
  11. IN A PAN HEAT 2 TBSP SESAME OIL & FRY THE CHICKEN PCS
  12. OUR CHICKEN IS READY
  13. FOR THE SAUCE:IN THE SAME PAN ADD 4 CRUSHED GARLIC PODS & 1/2 INCH GINGER CRUSHED
  14. ADD 1 ONION SLICED
  15. ADD 2 GREEN CHILLIES(IF U LIKE IT SPICY ADD MORE CHILLIES HERE)
  16. ADD 1 CELERY STICK CHOPPED
  17. ADD 1 SLICED GREEN CAPSICUM
  18. ADD 1 TBSP VINEGAR
  19. ADD 1 TBSP SOY SAUCE
  20. ADD 1.5 TBSP CHILLIE SAUCE
  21. ADD 1/2 TBSP SUGAR
  22. ADD 1/4 TSP CHILLIE PWDR
  23. ADD THE FRIED CHICKEN
  24. ADD OUR SLURRY(1 TBSP CORNFLOUR MIXED WITH 3 TBSP OF WATER)
  25. THE GRAVY WILL THICKEN
  26. FOR OUR SPINACH CREPES:TAKE 3/4 CUP FLOUR AND ADD 1 TSP SALT
  27. ADD 1 TSP FRESH CRUSHED BLCK PEPPER
  28. ADD 3/4 CUP BLANCED AND PUREED SPINACH.(HAVE TAKEN 1 BUNCH SPINACH AND ADD IT TO BOILING WATER)
  29. ADD 1 WHISKED EGG
  30. WHISK WELL
  31. ADD 1/2 CUP MILK
  32. THE CONSISTENCY SHOULD BE POURING BATTER LIKE.
  33. ON A NON STICK PAN ADD FEW DROPS OF PURE GHEE AND POUR THE BATTER
  34. COOK ON BOTH THE SIDES
  35. TAKE THE WRAP & FILL THE CHILLIE CHICKEN FILLING IN THE MIDDLE
  36. WRAP THEM NEATLY
