Hakka noodles

Ingredients to make Hakka noodles

  • 1/2 kg noodles boiled
  • 2 tsp Hakka noodles masal
  • oil 2 tsp
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 2 tsp soya sauce
  • vinegar 1 tsp
  • One cup carrot & capsicum [chopped]
  • 1 tsp salt
  • tomato sauce for garnish
  • 1 tsp vinegar

How to make Hakka noodles

  1. Heat a kadhai with some oil, add chopped garlic and fry till it smells. Then add the capsicum and carrots, cook until they are soft enough.
  2. Then add the noodles masala, soya sauce, pepper, others spices and salt. Mix well. Then add the vinegar and mix. Cook for few minutes and then add the boiled noodles.
  3. Stir fry for few minutes and then serve hot.
