  • Chanadal - 1 1/2bowl
  • Capsicum - 2
  • Tomato - 1
  • Onion - 1
  • Jeera
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • ChillI
  • Coriander
  • Turmeric Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Mint leaves

How to make Capsicum chanadall - With mint leaves

  1. Boil chana dal after adding salt and turmeric.
  2. Take oil in a pan, add jeera and hing. Saute onion, tomato and capsicum. Add salt and turmeric, now add chilli powder and coriander powder, (sugar optional) mix properly and add 5-6 mint leaves.
  3. Serve hot with roti, paratha or rice.
My Tip: If you like to serve with rice, make like dal.
