Its a packet full of juicy soya filling, a delicious snack for all occasions.

Ingredients to make Emapnadas with soya filling

  • For empanadas dough
  • maida 3-4 cup
  • baking soda. 1/2 teasppon
  • salt. 1/2 teasppon
  • Dried oregano 1 teaspoon
  • olive oil. 2 tablespoons
  • water as per the knneld
  • Parmessan 1 cup
  • Mozzarella 1 cup
  • For the filling
  • Soya minced 2-3 cups
  • onions. 2 finely chopped
  • capsicum 1 finely chopped
  • Lettuce 2 leaves finely chopped
  • Green peas boiled. 1 cup
  • garlic finely chopped. 1
  • salt to taste
  • garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • chilli flakes. 1 teaspoon
  • Oregano 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder. 1 teaspoon
  • Mayonise 3. Tablespoons
  • mustard sause 1 teaspoon
  • For presentation
  • corn fully blanced
  • Soya sause
  • Sezwaan sause
  • Tomotoo ketcup
  • For salad
  • onion chopped
  • Lettuce chopped
  • carrots chopped
  • Mayonise

How to make Emapnadas with soya filling

  1. Firstly for the dough take all the dried ingredients in the bowl and mix them properly , then add water n olive oil in it & bind it well .
  2. Later let it rest for around 20 minutes till then boil the soya minced & chop all the vegetables .
  3. Later once the minced soya are boiled remove all the excessive water and ensure no water is left .
  4. Take a sauce pan add olive oil in it & garlic in it .
  5. Then add onions & let them cook until golden brown
  6. Later add capsicums & other vegetables in the pan ,let them cook .
  7. Once they are cook add all the herbs ,flakes and sauces, mix them well .
  8. And turn the heat off .
  9. Make sheets from the dough and fill the filling once warm & add cheese in it .
  10. And then fry them until golden & crispy ...
  11. For presentation use corn & boil them later add seasonings according to your wishes
  12. For salad mix all the things in one bowl & mix ...

My Tip:

Make sure u fry them in high heat n don't. Overcook the soya minced once there is a boil in it jjs off the heat
