  • Pearl millet - 1 cup
  • peanuts- 2 tablespoon
  • jaggery - ½ cup
  • ghee - 2 tablespoon
  • almonds - 1 tablespoon

How to make Pearl millet sweet balls ( nectareous pearls)

  1. Dry roast pearl millet and peanut separately.
  2. Grind roasted pearl millet, jaggery ( removed impurities) and almonds.
  3. Once grinded into coarse, add peanuts and a tablespoon of ghee.
  4. Finally add ghee to make balls.

My Tip:

Adding peanuts leaves secretes oil naturally, so add ghee if esseñtial. Make balls when it is warm to avoid cracks
