Devilled cheesy eggs

Ingredients to make Devilled cheesy eggs

  • Large eggs 4
  • Grated cheddar cheese 2 tablespoons
  • Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
  • Thyme 1 teaspoon
  • Minced garlic 1/2 teaspoon
  • Water for boiling eggs
  • salt ( optional )

How to make Devilled cheesy eggs

  1. Hard boil the eggs for 15 minutes .
  2. Remove the shell of the boiled eggs .
  3. Cut the boiled eggs into two equal halves .
  4. Scoop out the egg yolks from all the eggs .
  5. In a bowl , take all the boiled egg yolks.
  6. Add mayonnaise .
  7. Add minced garlic .
  8. Add thyme .
  9. Whisk all together into a creamy texture .
  10. Add the grated cheese .
  11. Whisk again to creamy thick consistency .
  12. Now fill this egg yolk creamy filling into the egg whites .
  13. Garnish with herbs / thyme .
  14. Serve and enjoy .

My Tip:

Peel out the egg shells gently without breaking the eggs . Soak the boiled eggs in water for few minutes , so that peeling the shell would be easy .
