About Mava kulfi Recipe

Mava kulfi is very creamy and tasty indian dessert it is made up with milk, mava, pistachios , saffron and cardamom powder

Mava kulfi

Ingredients to make Mava kulfi

  • 1 litre milk
  • 250gram mava (or you can you leftover kalakand )
  • 1spoon cardamom powder
  • Some saffron strands (dissolve in to milk )
  • sugar as per taste
  • pistachio as per need

How to make Mava kulfi

  1. Take a heavy bottom pan add milk and start to reduce it
  2. When milk becomes 1/4 than add saffron cardamom powder and mava and mix well and cook for 5to 6 mintues
  3. Add sugar (if you use kalakand than skip sugar )
  4. Add chopped pistachio and mix well
  5. Let it cool down
  6. Now pour the mixture into kulfi mould and keep into refrigerator for setting
  7. Denould the kulfi and serve chilld
