Fluffy Rawa Idli

Ingredients to make Fluffy Rawa Idli

  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • salt to taste
  • Musturd seeds
  • curry leaves for tampering
  • ghee 3tsp
  • water
  • baking soda 1 pinch

How to make Fluffy Rawa Idli

  1. Take a bowl and add the rawa and curd .
  2. Add some water to it and bring it to anot too thick not too thin consistency.
  3. Add salt to it. And keep it for an hour. After an hour put a pinch of baking soda to it.
  4. Heat ghee in a pan when its hot add the musturd seeds and curry leaves and let it cool.
  5. Add this to the batter.
  6. Now take the idli steamer and grease it with some oil and pour the batter.
  7. Now steam it for fifteen minutes and then serve hot with green chutney.
