About Penne Arrabbiata Recipe

Penne Arrabbiata

Ingredients to make Penne Arrabbiata

  • Penne pasta 500 gm
  • tomatoes 8-9
  • Extra virgin olive oil 5-6 tbsp
  • garlic paste 1-2 tbsp
  • onion-finely chopped 3-4
  • salt to taste
  • red chilli POWDER 1 TBSP
  • Black pepper
  • GARAM masala 1 TBSP
  • Kasuri methi
  • Pasta alfreedo with cheese ( You can use other cheese also)

How to make Penne Arrabbiata

  1. First boil water in a deep wide-mouthed container.
  2. Add the dry pasta and a pinch of salt to the boiling water.
  3. Heat extra virgin olive oil in a pan.
  4. Add chopped onions in the pan till they became golden brown. Add garlic paste and cook it for 3-4 min.
  5. Make two cuts in the tips of tomatoes and boil them in water for about 5 to 6 min.
  6. Peel the skin of tomatoes and cut them in quaters. Add the tomatoes in the pan.
  7. Add salt,red chilli powder,garam masala,black pepper and kasuri methi. Cook it for about 4-5 min.
  8. Drain the pasta and add it to the tomato sauce.
  9. Cook it for about 5-6 minutes and add your favourite cheese to it.
  10. Garnish it with some kasuri methi . SERVE IT HOT.

My Tip:

You can use chicken masala (2tbsp) instead of other spices.
