Ingredients to make Methi Roti

  • Whole wheat flour 2 cup
  • curd 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • methi leaves chopped 1 cup
  • ghee 1/2 cup

How to make Methi Roti

  1. COMBINE CURD, SALT AND METHI LEAVES
  2. ADD WHEAT FLOUR
  3. MIX WELL
  4. KNEAD AND REST FOR HALF AN HOUR
  5. MAKE EQUAL SIZED BALLS OUT OF DOUGH
  6. PRESS IN WHEAT FLOUR
  7. ROLL IT
  8. FRY ON HEATED TAVA
  9. FLIP AND GREASE GHEE
  10. GREASE BOTH THE SIDES
  11. FRY BOTH THE SIDES, REMOVE AND SERVE
