  • Baking soda 2 tsp

How to make Rawa handvo

  1. Mix all the ingredients well except the baking soda.
  2. Let it it sit for about 10 minutes. Now add some water, the batter should be thick not runny.
  3. Now take a kadai, add 2 tsp of oil. Take 2 tbsp batter in a separate bowl and mix the baking soda into it. Mix it well and pour this on hot oil. Cover it with a lid and cook at low heat.
  4. After 5-7 minutes, when the bottom becomes crispy, flip it over and cook from another side. When the other side is cooked perfectly, turn off the stove and transfer it into a plate. Repeat this process with the remaining batter.
  5. Serve it hot with green chutney.
My Tip: When one side is cooked properly, at that time flip it over other wise it will break.

Which kadai should be used? So that it doesn't stick... Aluminium or steel or non stick kadai?
