Ingredients to make Quick Strawberry Basundi

  • Milk 1 cup
  • Condensed milk 1/2 cup
  • Milk powder 1/2 cup
  • Crumbled paneer 1/2 cup
  • Bread crumb 2 tbsp
  • Pistachio and sunflower seeds (chironji) 1 tsp
  • Crushed strawberry or jam 3-4 tbsp

How to make Quick Strawberry Basundi

  1. In a heavy bottom pan, add all the ingredients except the strawberry. Cook it for 5-10 minutes on a low to medium flame while stirring continuously.
  2. When the basundi slightly cools down, add the crushed strawberry and mix it well.
  3. Garnish it with chopped strawberries and serve it chilled.
My Tip: Stir it continuously while cooking.
