About Herbed middle eastern cottage cheese rolls Recipe

These herbed cottage cheese rolls are very healthy and delicious. Herbed paneer creamy sauce and veggies makes it delicious. Tortillas are also of spinach and beetroot that we all know that these vegetables are nutritious.

Ingredients to make Herbed middle eastern cottage cheese rolls

  • For tortilla---
  • 1/2 cup spinach puree
  • 1/2 cup beetroot puree
  • 2 cup flour
  • salt as per taste
  • 2 tsp oil
  • water for dough
  • Herbed cottage cheese----
  • 200 gram paneer cut in cubes
  • 2 tbsp tikka masala
  • Some basil leaves
  • 2 tsp mixed herbs
  • 2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Paprika powder
  • Creamy sauce---
  • 1 cup thick curd
  • 1/2 cup mayonese
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 grated cucumber
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder (optional)
  • butter for cooking

How to make Herbed middle eastern cottage cheese rolls

  1. Take 1 cup flour in a bowl
  2. Add salt, oil and spinach puree
  3. Add water and make a dough
  4. Take another cup of flour
  5. Add salt, oil and beetroot puree
  6. Add water and make dough
  7. Keep aside
  8. Now make herbed filling----
  9. Take paneer cubes spices and lemon juice
  10. Mix all of them
  11. Add basil leaves
  12. And keep aside
  13. For creamy sauce---
  14. Take curd and add mayo in it
  15. Whisk it till creamy
  16. Add cucumber and carrot
  17. Add salt and chilli powder
  18. Now make tortillas from both of dough
  19. Take one tortilla
  20. Arrange lettuce on it
  21. Then add herbed paneer on it
  22. Top with creamy sauce
  23. Add some chop onions
  24. Make tight rolls
  25. Add some butter on tawa
  26. Cook these rolls little
  27. Cut from middle and serve hot
