Pumpkin pie

Ingredients to make Pumpkin pie

  • 1/2 pumpkin cut diced bolird
  • 1/2 kg suagr
  • 1/4 ltr milk
  • 1/4 kg butter
  • 2 tsp purpose flour
  • badam sluces half cup

How to make Pumpkin pie

  1. Peel, and chop the pumpkin into pieces, then boil them in a sauce pan with water, boil until half done. Strain and puree the pumpkin pieces.
  2. Heat a kadhai with ghee, add all purpose flour and mix well. Then add the pumpkin puree and keep stirring. Add butter, milk, and sugar.
  3. Cook until the pumpkin is cooked and mixture gets dry enough, leaves the sides of the kadhai. Then garnish with some almond slices and serve.

My Tip:

Use purpose flour but its option nal without also can make
