Crispy Masala Chana

Ingredients to make Crispy Masala Chana

  • Rosted whole Gram dal
  • 3 teaspoon of besan
  • 1 Teaspoon of Rice flour
  • 1-2 Teaspoon of red chilly powder
  • salt to taste
  • 3 pieces of crushed garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon of crushed cumin
  • Little water
  • Deep fry for oil

How to make Crispy Masala Chana

  1. TAKE 250 GMS ROASTED CHICKPEAS, ADD 3 TSP GRAM FLOUR, 1 TSP RICE FLOUR
  2. ADD RED CHILLI POWDER & SALT TO TASTE
  3. ADD 4-5 CRUSHED GARLIC CLOVES, 1 TSP CRUSHED CUMIN SEEDS
  4. MIX WELL, SPRINKLE SOME WATER LITTLE BY LITTLE, DO NOT ADD TOO MUCH WATER
  5. THE CONSISTENCY OF THE MIXTURE SHOULD BE LIKE THIS
  6. DEEP FRY THE CHICKPEAS
  7. FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP, PLACE ON A TISSUE PAPER
  8. COOL & STORE IN AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER
