  • One cup wadi
  • Two cups water
  • Rai one spn
  • jeera one spn
  • One spn gram flour
  • Garam masala half spn
  • Turmeic half spn
  • chilli ginger garlic paste one apn

How to make Moong daal wadiya

  1. I HAVE SOAKED 1 KG MOONG DAAL FOR 8 HRS.N REMOVED EXCESS WATER.GRINDED INTO FINE PASTE.MAKE WADI
  2. TAKE A PAN. ..HEAT IT..ADD RAI JEERA N FINELY CHOPPED ONION N SAUTE TILL BROWN
  3. ADD ONE SPN GREEN CHILLI ,GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  4. ADD TURMERIC,DHANIA POWDER,GARAM MASALA,N ONE SPN GRAM FLOUR
  5. ADD TWO CUPS OF WATER N BOIL..WHEN BOILED,ADD ONE CUP WADI N LET IT COOK TILL IT TURNS SOFT
