About Egg Masala Recipe

This is a delicious recipe of egg masala, a spicy gravy with boiled eggs in it. A perfect side dish with some hot rice.

Egg Masala

Ingredients to make Egg Masala

  • Boiled eggs - 2
  • onion - 2thinly sliced
  • tomatoes - 1chopped
  • oil - 2tablespoon
  • salt- As per taste
  • water - 1cup
  • cilantro - For garnishing
  • For masala-
  • Grated coconut - 1/2cup
  • Dry eed chillies - 2
  • cumin seeds - 1/2tablespoon
  • Corrainder seeds - 1/2tablespoon
  • garlic - 2cloves
  • ginger - Small piece
  • water - 1/4cup

How to make Egg Masala

  1. Dry roast the masala ingredients ,then grind it.
  2. In a pan add oil than add onion saute it add tomatoes.
  3. Add salt saute it nicley than add masala cook it untill the oil gets separated.
  4. Add water and cook it untill the masala is done.
  5. Add cilantro than place the boil eggs.
