Ingredients to make Chicken Basil Frittata

  • egg - 4
  • Thick Cocounut milk from 4 pieces
  • Basil leaves - handful
  • Bell peppers few
  • oil 2 tsp
  • turmeric powder pinch
  • ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  • butter, cheese,chilli flakes, salt - required quantity
  • chicken - 100 gm boneless
  • chilli powder - 1 1/2 tsp
  • Kebab masala - 1tsp

How to make Chicken Basil Frittata

  1. CHICKEN BASIL FRITTATA
  2. ADD 2TSP OF OIL AND A TSP OF GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  3. SAUTE IT FOR A MINUTE. ADD 100GMS OF BONELESS CHICKEN PIECES
  4. ADD PINCH OF TURMERIC, TSP OF KEBAB MASALA & 11/2 TSP OF RED CHILLI POWDER
  5. ADD LITTLE AMNT OF WATER, SAUTE IT UNTIL IT GETS DRIED UP
  6. ADD FEW BELL PEPPERS, 2 TSP OF BUTTER, HANDFUL OF BASIL LEAVES
  7. SAUTE IT FOR A MINUTE
  8. MEANWHILE BEAT 4 EGGS WITH SALT &1/2 CUP OF THICK COCONUT MILK
  9. ADD THIS EGG MIXTURE TO THE SAUTEED CHICKEN MIX WELL
  10. TRANSFER IT TO THE BAKING TIN. ADD FEW CHILLI FLAKES
  11. ADD FEW GRATED CHEESE
  12. BAKE IT IN A COOKER FOR 45 MINUTES IN A LOW FLAME
  13. CHECK IT WITH A TOOTH PICK, COMES CLEAN YOUR FRITTATA IS READY
