Ingredients to make Crispy Veg Seekh Kebabs with a Twist

  • Noodles bar 1
  • onion 1&1/2 tbs
  • egg 1/2
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Magic noodles masala 1packet
  • Green chilli 2/3
  • Fresh coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  • Bread crumb 1&1/2 cup
  • All purposes flour 1&1/2 tbs
  • Cornstarch 1&1/2 tbs
  • salt 1/2 tsp+1/4 tsp+1pinched
  • ginger 1/2 tsp soya sauce 1/2 tsp
  • oil 3/4 tbs

How to make Crispy Veg Seekh Kebabs with a Twist

  1. BOIL 1 PACKET OF INSTANT NOODLES IN SUFFICIENT WATER
  2. DON'T OVERCOOK THE NOODLES, TAKE OFF HEAT & DRAIN
  3. TRANSFER THE NOODLES TO A BOWL
  4. ADD 1.5 TBSP SLICED ONIONS, 1/2 OF AN EGG
  5. ADD 1/4 TSP CHAT MASALA, 1 TSP 5 SPICE PWDR, 1/4 TSP GINGER, 1/2 CUP SPINACH,1/2 TBSP GREEN CHILLIES
  6. ADD SALT TO TASTE, MIX WELL & KEEP ASIDE
  7. TAKE 1.5 TBSP EACH OF FLOUR & CORNFLOUR
  8. ADD 1/4 TSP SALT, 2.5 TBSP WATER
  9. MIX INTO A SMOOTH SLURRY
  10. WRAP THE READY NOODLE MIX ON SEEKHS, ROLL OVER CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
  11. MIX 1/2 CUP EACH OF BREADCRUMBS & CRUSHED OATS, 1/4 TSP SALT
  12. COAT THE NOODLE STICKS WITH THE BREADCRUMB MIX, PRESS INTO PLACE LIKE THIS
  13. DRIZZLE THE CORNFLOUR SLURRY OVER IT
  14. SHLLOW FRY IN 2-3 TBSP HOT OIL
  15. FLIP & COOK FROM ALL SIDES
  16. TAKE OFF HEAT WHEN GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  17. TRY THEM, THEY'RE DELCIOUS
