Paneer masala with tomato gravy

Ingredients to make Paneer masala with tomato gravy

  • 100 gm paneer
  • 2-3 tomato
  • 1 small ginger piece
  • 6-7 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp kasoori methi
  • 1/2 tsp shah jeera
  • 1/2 tsp crushed cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp crushed cardamom
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp tomato ketchup
  • salt o taste
  • to taste salt

How to make Paneer masala with tomato gravy

  1. Cut paneer and keep aside
  2. In a jar put tomato, chilli garlic and grind it
  3. Take a pan heat it and put shah jeera roast it and add ginger paste stire it
  4. Now add tomato paste stire it and cook on medium flame
  5. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder,coriander powder stire well
  6. Now add crushed cardamom, kasuri methi,tomato ketchup stire well and add little amount of water time to time
  7. Now add paneer and salt and add some water and cover with lead cook for few minutes
  8. Paneer masala with tomato gravy is ready
  9. Garnish with chopped coriander
