Ingredients to make Palak dal

  • spinach chopped 1 cup
  • Boiled toor dal 1 cup
  • oil
  • salt to teast
  • red chili powder 1 1/2 tsp
  • Green chili 1
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • curry leaves 4-5
  • hing a pinch
  • cumin seed 1 tsp
  • mustard seed 1 tsp
  • garlic chopped
  • tomato chopped 1

How to make Palak dal

  1. HEAT OIL ON PAN ADD MUSTARD SEED AND CUMIN SEED GARLIC CHOPPED
  2. ADD HING AND TOMATO CHOPPED
  3. ADD RED CHILI POWDER CURRY LEAVES GREEN CHLILI SALT TURMERIC POWDER MIX WELL ADD SPINACH CHOPPED
  4. ADD BOILED DAL MIX WELL
  5. ADD WATER AND COOKED 3 MINUTES
