Ingredients to make Chana dal sundal

  • chana dal 1cup
  • salt
  • Dry red chillies - 3
  • mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  • curry leaves - 10
  • refined oil

How to make Chana dal sundal

  1. SOAK CHANA DAL FOR 6 HOURS, STRAIN AND BOIL THEM IN SAUCEPAN UNTIL DONE. SIEVE AND KEEP ASIDE.
  2. HEAT A PAN WITH SOME OIL, ADD MUSTARD SEEDS AND DRY RED CHILLIES.
  3. NOW ADD THE CHANA DAL, ALONG WITH SOME SALT. MIX WELL AND THEN ADD THE CURRY LEAVES.
  4. COOK FOR FEW MINUTES AND THEN SERVE HOT.
