Ingredients to make calzone

  • 1 sp sugar
  • 11/2 cup Luke warm water
  • 1 sp butter and salt each
  • 400 GMs maida
  • 2 sps of red and green capsicum, paneer , baby corn grated mozerella cheese
  • 1 sp tomato c sauce ,onion each
  • 1/2sp garlic
  • origano and basil reaves for seasoning

How to make calzone

  1. mix sugar and lukewarm water add yeast to it and let it rest for 30 mind
  2. take maida add some salt and butter to it mix it and then add yeast to it and form dough with water
  3. keep kneeding the dough till it stops sticking
  4. let it rest for 1 hour
  5. prepare filling take span add 2 sp of oil add veggies onion garlic paneer do not over cook the veggies add salt tomato sauce and the seasoning
  6. when the dough rises abit make small balls roll it in small roti shape
  7. keep the veggies filling in the middle and make a semicircle out of it press the edges
  8. make design wth the help of fork on the edge brush the top with butter
  9. ore heat the oven
  10. bake the calzone for 15 mind

My Tip:

The veggies should be slightly tossed not over cooked Make small holes at the top of calzones for air to let out before baking
