Ingredients to make Zero Oil Baby Potatoes

  • 1/2 kg baby potatoes (boiled and peeled)
  • 2-3 Onions
  • 2-3 Tomatoes
  • 7-8 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 7-8 cashews
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp kasuri methi
  • Salt as per taste

How to make Zero Oil Baby Potatoes

  1. Cut the onions and tomatoes roughly. Peel the garlic. Take the onion, tomatoes, cashews, garlic in a bowl and microwave it for 3 minutes.
  2. Remove the pomegranate seeds and make its juice with the help of a mixer.
  3. Grind the onion mix to make a thick paste.
  4. Heat a kadhai, add the onion paste, saute it for 2-3 minutes. Add all the spices and pomegranate juice. Now add the peeled potatoes and cook for 4-5 minutes or microwave it for 3 minutes.
  5. Garnish with curd and serve.
