Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Brown bread slices 4
  2. Butter 3 tablespoons
  3. Oil 1 teaspoon
  4. Onions finely chopped 1 cup
  5. Tomatoes finely chopped 1 cup
  6. French beans 1/2 cup
  7. Lettuce / any spinach finely chopped 1 cup .
  8. Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  9. Garam Masala powder 1 teaspoon
  10. Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
  11. water 1/4 glass.
  12. Salt

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan .
  2. Add 1 cup finely chopped onions , 1/2 cup finely chopped French beans .
  3. Sauté till translucent and add finely chopped tomatoes 1 cup.
  4. Add salt . Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon.
  5. Add turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon. Add garam masala powder 1 teaspoon. Mix all and cook.
  6. Add 1/4 glass water and cook till veggies turn soft . Don’t overcook.
  7. Add finely chopped lettuce / any spinach . Toss it quickly and remove from the heat .
  8. In another pan , heat butter .
  9. Toast the brown bread slices .
  10. Toast both the sides under medium flame .
  11. Now spread the prepared vegetable masala on the bread slices and serve . Add extra butter and enjoy
  12. Open Spinach masala toast is ready
