A famous Italian dish. everyone love to have it . penne is a type of pasta and arrabiata is a spicy tomato sauce .

Ingredients to make penne arrabiata.

  • penne pasta 200gm
  • tomatoes 200 gm
  • tomato sauce 5tspn
  • garlic minced 1 tspn
  • onion finally chopped 1 small
  • chilli flakes 1 tspn
  • origano 1 tspn
  • olive oil 4 tspn
  • cheese 2 cubes Parmesan.
  • salt to taste
  • black paper powder 1/2 tspn
  • cilantro leaves for garnish
  • juice of 1 lemons

How to make penne arrabiata.

  1. boil water in a big vessel. add salt and a spoon of olive oil
  2. add pasta when water start boiling
  3. meantime in a pan add water and put tomatoes in the same boil it till skin of tomatoes start rupturing .
  4. now take out tomatoes and remove the skin .
  5. cut into small pieces
  6. check the pasta if dine strain from water
  7. in a nonstick skillet add olive oil . add chopped garlic. onion . sauté .
  8. add tomatoes. salt . sugar . chilli flakes and origano. cook it till pieces got cooked add black pepper powder. tomato sauce lemons juice
  9. now add pasta . coat with arrabiata sauce . grate cheese . garnish with cilantro leaves and burbed butter toast
