Ingredients to make African pap butter n stew

  • 100gms butter
  • rice crackers 1 cup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • water as need
  • Veg stew for:::
  • Boiled carrot puri one cup
  • 1 cup tomato puri
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 1 cup parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp spices Powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic

How to make African pap butter n stew

  1. Take cadai add butter put broken rice Fri nicely
  2. Another side keep bannel on flame pour water add salt,
  3. Like 1:2 ...add the boil water into fried broken rice add 3 more TSP of butter
  4. Cook until it gets thinks n leaves to the edges on cadai
  5. For veg stew:: keep a cadai on flame add butter put garlic Fri it add chopped onion, tomatoes Fri for 2 min
  6. On this cadai add carrot, tomato puri add salt,chili powder,jera powder ,salt on to it mix well just boil it
  7. Take a serving bowl put pap on gently pour veg stew side garnish with cucumber slices n good combination with sandwich
  8. Most of the African like to eat and prepare this meilen pap

My Tip:

Beans can be added to Veg Stew
