Cheesy noodle wrap

Ingredients to make Cheesy noodle wrap

  • 6 bread slices, with corners trimmed
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Ginger-Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped onion 1/4 cup
  • Chopped capsicum 1/4 cup
  • Grated carrot 1
  • Paneer in small cubes 1/4 cup
  • Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Pizza seasoning 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Grated cheese 1/2 cup
  • For nizam- Mix 1 tbsp maida with 2 tbsp water
  • Boiled noodles 1/2 cup

How to make Cheesy noodle wrap

  1. Heat a pan, add butter, then add ginger-garlic paste and let it brown. Then add onion, capsicum, carrot and all the spices, mix well and keep aside to cool . Then add paneer and cheese and mix well.
  2. Roll a bread slice in a thin sheet with the rolling pin. Place the filling at the edge and now roll it. Seal this roll with the nizam.
  3. Wrap the noodle around the roll and deep fry.
  4. Serve it hot with mayonnaise and ketchup.
My Tip: We can also bake these and cook it in an Airfryer. Make sure to grease the rolls while cooking in this method.
