A Chinese delicacy with richness of veggies

Manchaw Soup

Ingredients to make Manchaw Soup

  • 1bowl finely chopped veggies like cabbage, cauliflower,carrot,onion, capsicum,corn/baby corn, mashroom
  • 1.5 tbsp corn flr(dissolved in water)
  • 1 tbsp shejwan chutney
  • 1.5 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp tometo sauce
  • 1 .5 tsp chopped ginger & garlic
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • Spring onions-1/2 katori
  • oil-1tbsp
  • water as required
  • salt as per taste

How to make Manchaw Soup

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil
  2. Add shejwan Chutney,soya sauce & tometo sauce
  3. Add all the chopped veggies & saute for 2 min, add some salt
  4. Now add almost 400gms water
  5. Let it cook & boil for next 10-15 mins
  6. Now add dissolved corn flr & mix well
  7. Let it boil for another 3-4 min.s
  8. Turn off gas
  9. Garnish with spring onions
  10. Serve with crispy fried noodles

My Tip:

When you boil veggies to make pav bhaji, don't discard those veggies water,its a ready made vegetable stock for our soups
