  • Kadalaparrupu 1/2 tumbler
  • Greengram dhal 1 spoon
  • Groundnut 1 spoon
  • Kondakadala 1 spoon
  • Moongdhal 2 spoon
  • red chilly 5 no
  • ginger small piece
  • garlic 6 no
  • Ullandapatrupu 1 spoon
  • Curryleaves 1 small cup
  • Asafotedia 1/2 spoon
  • turmeric 1 spoon
  • cashew 50 grms
  • ghee 2 spoon
  • mustard seeds 1 spoon
  • gingerly oil
  • salt to taste

How to make Protein adai dosai

  1. All the ingredients
  2. Rice curryleaves Turmeric
  3. Soak rice redchilly Ginger garlic In one bowl
  4. All the paruppu In other bowl Soak them
  5. Cut the onion
  6. Soak them for an hour Grind pulses separately
  7. Grind the rice In the form of Rava
  8. Mix both batter together
  9. Add the onions To the grinded mixiture
  10. Add turmeric powder Asafotedia salt
  11. Mix them all together
  12. Add dried moongdhal To the mixture Mix it with batter
  13. Season it with mustard seeds Cashew In ghee
  14. Pour it on the batter
  15. Heat dosai pan Pour the mixture In the form of dosai
  16. Serve hot with butter On top of Protein adai and Jaggery
  17. Gingerly oil makes more Tastier in this Protein adai dosai
