Ingredients to make Pepper liver fry

  • Mutton liver 1cup
  • pepper powder
  • Small onion
  • garlic, ginger
  • Green chilli
  • Garam masala
  • curry leaves
  • oil

How to make Pepper liver fry

  1. Grind small onion, ginger, garlic, green Chilli and add to the liver, add red Chilli powder, Pepper powder, salt and marinate for 5min
  2. Heat oil in pan add the marinated liver add little water and let it cook
  3. Heat oil in another pan add chopped onion, curry leaves and cooked liver, add Pepper powder and Garam masala , saute it
