About Szechuan Sauce Recipe

No spicy kids easily eat and enjoy this sauce, when i make noodles or fried rice using this sauce or serve them with momos.

Szechuan Sauce

Ingredients to make Szechuan Sauce

  • garlic 8-10
  • ginger 1 inch
  • onion 1 large
  • oil 1 tbs
  • Soya sauce 1 tbs
  • red chilli sauce 1 tbs
  • tomato ketchup 1 tbs
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • spring onions optional 1 no

How to make Szechuan Sauce

  1. Garlic Ginger and onion chopped fine
  2. Take pan and add oil when oil is hot add garlic ginger and onion
  3. Cooked till raw smell gone
  4. Now add tomato ketchup soya sauce
  5. now add chilli sauce and mix it
  6. Now add water and mix properly
  7. Now add black paper
  8. and salt to taste
  9. when water is absorbed switch off the gas and serve it

My Tip:

You can add spring onion and serve with chicken lollipops
