About SCHEZWAN NOODLES Recipe

Every body love chinese noodles, so here is the method of how i make this at home.

SCHEZWAN NOODLES

Ingredients to make SCHEZWAN NOODLES

  • Noodles - 200 gms
  • Finely chopped cabbage - 1 cup
  • Finely chopped capsicum - 1 cup
  • Finely chopped carrot - 1 cup
  • Finely chopped onion - 1 medium
  • Chopped garlic cloves - 2
  • Schezwan sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  • salt - to taste
  • oil - 2 tbsp

How to make SCHEZWAN NOODLES

  1. Heat enough water in a pan.
  2. Add noodles and boil it.
  3. Wash in a cold water and strain it.
  4. Brush the oil in the noodles.
  5. In another pan heat oil.
  6. Add onion and garlic and fry till brown.
  7. Add carrot and stir fry for 1 mins in a high flame.
  8. Add cabbage and stir fry for 1 mins.
  9. Now add capsicum and stir fry for on a high flame till veggies are crunchy.
  10. Add schezwan sauce and salt and cook for 2 mins.
  11. Simmer the gas and add boiled noodles.
  12. Sprinkle black pepper powder and serve hot
