ABOUT Singapoori noodles RECIPE

Singapoori noodles are little different from the regular ones, as they are made with rice vermicelli, so here is a quick recipe of how i make this at home.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice vermicelli - 2 cup
  2. Spring onion - 1 cup
  3. Capsicum - 1 cut into stripes
  4. Finely chopped cabbage - 1 cup
  5. Chopped garlic - 1 tsp
  6. Chopped ginger - 1 tsp
  7. Chopped onion - 1/2 cup thinely sliced
  8. Salt - to taste
  9. Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  10. Curry powder - 1 tsp
  11. Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
  12. Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
  13. Oil - 4 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Soaked for ten mins rice vermicelli in a hot water and strain it.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add chopped onion,ginger garlic and saute for one mins
  4. Add cabbage,spring onion and capsicum and stir fry for one mins..
  5. Add soy sauce,tomato ketchup,salt and sugar.
  6. Add rice vermicelli and curry leaves and saute for one to two mins.
  7. Serve hot.
