These healthy cheesy spinach and broccoli wraps are full of vitamins and minerals.Ideal for a brunch or tiffin box.

Tiffin Wraps

Ingredients to make Tiffin Wraps

  • wheat flour 1 & 1/2 cup
  • spinach puree 1 cup
  • salt 1 tsp
  • oil 1 tbsp
  • water as required
  • For stuffing:
  • Broccoli 1 cup
  • Mux capsicum(red,yellow,green) 1 cup
  • ginger chilli paste 1 tsp
  • cottage cheese 100 gms
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 cup(grated)
  • tomato ketchup 1/2 cup

How to make Tiffin Wraps

  1. TAKE 1.5 CUPS FLOUR, ADD 1 TSP SALT, 1 CUP SPINACH PUREE
  2. ADD 1 TBSP OIL, SUFFICIENT WATER & KNEAD A SOFT DOUGH
  3. COVER & SET ASIDE FOR 15 MINS
  4. HEAT 1 TBSP OIL, ADD 1 TSP GINGER-CHILLI PASTE
  5. ADD 1 CUP TRI-COLOURED CAPSICUMS, SAUTE FOR 2 MINS
  6. ADD 1.5 CUPS BLANCHED BROCCOLI FLORETS, SAUTE
  7. ADD 1 TSP SALT & PEPPER POWDER TO TASTE
  8. ADD 100 GMS GRATED COTTAGE CHEESE
  9. ADD 1 TSP OREGANO, MIX & TAKE OFF HEAT
  10. TAKE A SMALL BALL OF DOUGH, ROLL INTO A ROTI
  11. PUT TO ROAST ON A HOT TAVA
  12. COOK FROM BOTH SIDES TILL GOLDEN BROWN SPOTS APPEAR ON TOP
  13. APPLY 1 TSP TOMATO KETCHUP ON THE SPINACH TORTILLA
  14. ADD SOME GRATED CHEESE IN THE CENTRE ADD 1 TBSP BROCCOLI STUFFING
  15. FOLD FROM BOTH SIDES TO MAKE A WRAP
  16. FLIP & COOK ON A HOT, OIL-GREASED TAVA FOR 1-2 MINS
