About Israeli / Persian Salad Recipe

A simple and delicious middle eastern salad which can be made in a jiffy. Finely diced vegetables distinguishes this salad from the others. Tossed with fresh herbs and seasoned with salt and pepper, dressed with lemon juice and olive oil is an excellent salad treat. Do make this fresh vegetable salad this summer.

Israeli / Persian Salad

Ingredients to make Israeli / Persian Salad

  • cucumber - 1 large
  • Tomatoe - 1 large
  • Yellow bell pepper - 1
  • onion - 1 medium
  • coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
  • mint leaves - 3 tbsps
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • olive oil - 3 to 4 tbsps
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Freshly crushed pepper - 1/2 tsp

How to make Israeli / Persian Salad

  1. Chop all vegetables and herbs very fine.
  2. Take a deep bowl. Throw in the diced vegetables. Then the herbs.
  3. Add the salt and pepper seasoning
  4. Toss with lemon juice and olive oil
  5. Serve fresh
