Murg Lahori

Ingredients to make Murg Lahori

  • 500 gm chicken
  • 200 gm onion
  • ginger 2 inch
  • I whole garlic cloves
  • garam masala powder 1 tspn
  • Kashmiri chilli powder 1/2 tspn
  • coriander powder
  • paste of 10 cashews
  • ghee 4 tbsn
  • oil 100 gm
  • cream 2 tspn
  • salt to taste

How to make Murg Lahori

  1. cut and fry onions till colour becomes golden
  2. fry garlic . ginger too
  3. grind onians ginger garlic. to a smooth paste
  4. in a pan add ghee add chicken salt fryfor 5 minuets.
  5. add dry spices and onion paste cook for 5 minuets
  6. add cashews paste . now add sufficient water cover and cook for 20 minuets.
