These are small muttom kababs, shallow fried and perfect starter for any party occasion.

Mutton shami kabab

Ingredients to make Mutton shami kabab

  • 300 gm mutton keema
  • I onian
  • cloves of 1 garlic
  • ginger 1 inch
  • channa dal soaked for 30 minuets 100 gm
  • gram masala powder 1/2 tbsn
  • garam masala whole( mixed)
  • cumin 1/2 tspn
  • 1 egg
  • salt to taste
  • bay leaf 1
  • oil for shallow frying

How to make Mutton shami kabab

  1. boil mutton keema along with onian garlic ginger channa dal whole garam masala salt bay leaf .pressure cook it till 4 whistles
  2. take out from cooker let it cool . remove bay leaf
  3. add garam masala powder ,egg, few drops of kewda water grind it to smooth paste
  4. keep in fridge for 20 minuets make small balls ,flatten them and shallow fry
