Beans -Dal stir fry ( Colourful and healthy )

Ingredients to make Beans -Dal stir fry ( Colourful and healthy )

  • French beans finely chopped 1/4 kilogram
  • onion small finely chopped 1
  • oil 1 tablespoon
  • garlic cloves crushed 5
  • Cooked Toor/ masoor dal 50 grams .

How to make Beans -Dal stir fry ( Colourful and healthy )

  1. Heat a tablespoon oil in a pan .
  2. Add one small sized onion finely chopped .
  3. Sauté till translucent. Add crushed garlic cloves 5.
  4. Add finely chopped French beans 1/4 kilogram.
  5. Add salt . Sauté for few minutes till beans turn crunchy and soft . Cook under low flame.
  6. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons water . Mix. Finally add the cooked waterless toor dal . Mix . Don’t overcook.
  7. Colourful and healthy Beans -dal stir fry ready .
