Ingredients to make mooli ka achaar

  • Mooli [radish] chopped 1 cup
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  • oil
  • chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • salt
  • spices to be roasted and powdered :
  • 2 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds [sauf]
  • 3/4 th tsp carom seeds [ajwain]
  • 3/4 th tsp fenugreek seeds [methi]

How to make mooli ka achaar

  1. dry roast the ingredients mentioned, powder them and keep aside.
  2. Now chop the radish and mix rest of the things to it along with the ground powder , made above.
  3. Heat some oil till smoking point and the cool it. Add this oil to the pickle and store this in air tight container for later use.
