Soyabean cooked in a creamy and tomato gravy.

Soyabean Moska

Ingredients to make Soyabean Moska

  • Soyabean chunks 200 gms
  • tomato puree 3 cups
  • cumin powder 1 tsp
  • coriander powder 1 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala pwder 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Kasuri methi 1 tbsp
  • cream 100 ml
  • ginger paste 1 tsp
  • garlic paste 1 tsp
  • oil 2-3 tbsp

How to make Soyabean Moska

  1. Heat oil in a kadhai and fry the soyabean chunks until they turn light brown in colour.
  2. Now add in the tomato puree, kasuri methi, ginger-garlic paste and all the other ground masalas.
  3. Mix well and cook until the oil separates itself.
  4. Now add in the cream and turn off the flame.
  5. Serve it with naan and zeera rice.
