About paneer chilli Recipe

This is a delicious side dish, made with paneer.

Ingredients to make paneer chilli

  • paneer or cottage cheese 250 gms cubed
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper a pinch
  • capsicum 1 diced
  • onion 1 diced
  • chilli sauce 1 spoon
  • soya sauce 1 spoon
  • red chilli sauce 1 spoon
  • cornflour slurry half cup
  • garlic chopped 1 spoon
  • oil to fry the panner
  • maida 10 gms
  • cornflour 10 gms
  • 5-6 slit green chilliies

How to make paneer chilli

  1. take maida and cornflour and mix well adding a pinch of salt
  2. dip the panner into the dry mixture and deep fry them
  3. take a another pan add oil fry the garlic till brown add capsicum, onion and green chillies and fry them then add all the sauces and cornflour slurry
  4. cook till it becomes thick in consistency then add fried paneer cubes and serve hot

My Tip:

never add tomato sauce to panner chilli it gives sweetness which does not tastes nice
