ABOUT coriander cream chicken RECIPE

this is my innovation. just I thought to prepare a dish by my own idea it came out good so I m sharing here

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 500 gm chicken
  2. 200 gm cream
  3. green coriander 100 gm
  4. green chillies 6
  5. ginger 2 inch
  6. garlic 10 cloves
  7. salt to taste
  8. butter 100 gm
  9. juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. make a fine paste of coriander chilli garlic ginger
  2. in a mixing bawl make a marinade of cream green paste lemons juice and salt . add chicken mix well
  3. keep it aside for 35 minuets
  4. in a pass add butter
  5. add chicken along with marinade cook till chicken done
