Sabudana Kheer

Ingredients to make Sabudana Kheer

  • Small Sabudana 1/4 cup
  • Water - for soaking
  • Milk 3 cups
  • Milk powder 3 tbsp
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Mixed dry fruits 2 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

How to make Sabudana Kheer

  1. Soak the sabudana in water for minimum 1/2 an hour and maximum 4 -5 hours.
  2. Boil the milk, add soaked sabudana and cook on low flame, stirring continuously.
  3. When it is done add milk powder, sugar, dry fruits and cardamom powder. Cook for five minutes.
  4. Garnish with dry fruits and serve chilled.

My Tip:

Soak the sabudana for a good amount of time, it will help it cook faster.
