About Lamb Doughnuts Recipe

Very simple recipe and also Tasty yummy recipe.

Lamb Doughnuts

Ingredients to make Lamb Doughnuts

  • 200 grams of Minced Meat (Mutton Keema)
  • 1 Teaspoon of ginger garlic paste
  • 3 pieces of onion shallots
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Garam masala powder
  • 2 green chillies
  • 2 Tablespoons of Rosted gram powdered
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon of coconut pieces
  • salt to taste
  • oil for deep fry

How to make Lamb Doughnuts

  1. Take a Mixer jar add onion and ginger garlic paste, green Chilly, coconut, cumin seeds and grind well.
  2. Then add minced Meat and rosted gram powdered salt to taste add garam masala powder also grind well.
  3. Lamb Doughnuts dough is ready.
  4. Then shape the Doughnuts with a help of Nozzles.
  5. Ready to deep fry for all the Doughnuts.
  6. Fry for 4-5 Minutes in Midium flame.
  7. Finally Lamb Doughnuts is ready.
  8. Enjoy and serve with tomato sauce and Chilly sauce ect.

My Tip:

You can prepare same process in chicken Also
