ABOUT Ambe Dal (Chana Dal- Raw Mango side dish/snack/salad) RECIPE

Ambe Dal is a traditional Maharashtrian no-cook salad/side dish/snack, specially made during hot summers when green Mangoes are abundant. It is super easy to make (with the exception that you need to soak the dal in advance) and requires just a few easily available ingredients. Serve the cool, tangy-spicy Ambe Dal on a small banana leaf along with Aam Panha.
