Malaysian Topioca Sweet Balls

Ingredients to make Malaysian Topioca Sweet Balls

  • 2 tapioca, medium sized
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup grated coconut
  • 2 tbsp Dessicated coconut
  • salt

How to make Malaysian Topioca Sweet Balls

  1. Remove the skin of the tapioca until the white layer appears. Add salt and cook it well in a pressure cooker.
  2. Mash them well or grate them.
  3. Add sugar, grated coconut and the cardamom powder.
  4. Take a small quantity of the mashed tapioca, make small balls, and roll these balls in the desiccated coconut to evenly coat them.
  5. Serve with teh tarik

My Tip:

You can also add a little pandan juice to get green colour
