Carrot - Onion Dosa

Ingredients to make Carrot - Onion Dosa

  • Soaked rice 1 cup
  • carrot chopped 1/2 cup
  • onion chopped 1/2 cup
  • Grated carrot 1/4 cup
  • Finely chopped onion 1/4 cup
  • Sufficient water
  • salt to taste
  • Chopped coriander leaves few
  • Cooking oil 1/4 cup

How to make Carrot - Onion Dosa

  1. GRIND SMOOTHLY SOAKED RICE, CHOPPED ONION AND CARROT BY ADDING SUFFICIENT WATER AND SALT TO TASTE
  2. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES, GRATED CARROT, CHOPPED ONION
  3. ADD SUFFICIENT WATER, MIX WELL
  4. HEAT TAVA, GREASE OIL
  5. POUR BATTER, COVER AND COOK FOR 3 MINUTES IN MEDIUM FLAME
  6. REMOVE AND SERVE
